ABOUT
Lines, Shapes and moments in between.
Martina Kalaba is a photographer and artist based in Rosenheim, Germany.
At the center of her work is perception — the question of what we see, what we believe we see, and how little it takes for the familiar to become uncertain.
Her photographs explore the point at which the visible begins to detach from what it represents. Color, light and form remain, while the original subject recedes — leaving space for perception itself.
She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich and works across artistic and commissioned photography.
